The Truth About Intuition

Chris Watson of Endor Learn & Develop challenges conventional wisdom in terms of the best way to develop people. In this 90 second clip, he suggests that much of what we assume is intuition is often an unknowing ability to pick up areas of incongruence between what is being said and how it is being said. Some people are more skilled than others at picking up on non-verbal leakage in the same way that some people are more skilled at picking up on unspoken feelings and emotions.
