A New Way of Looking at Time Management

Chris Watson of Endor Learn & Develop challenges conventional wisdom in terms of the best way to develop people. In this 1 minute clip, he suggests it is sometimes better to be internally referenced (event timed) not externally referenced (clock timed). Clock timers split time into quantifiable independent units. Event timers – here, events are more like a necklace if want to move events, have to move other events (inter-related).
